Chapter 40 is the beginning of the second half of Isaiah, where much is discussed about the Messiah Jesus, the coming salvation, and our future blessings. We are to wait on God to bring all His goodness to us. We are to be patient, trusting Him and growing in our faith. Here is the hope and promise for us always: God is dependable and supplies His servants with His strength until His solution arrives. The prophet Isaiah answers a big question God’s people often ask.
