Epaphroditus: Sacrificial Servant of Jesus Christ - Daniel Holmquist - Philippians 2:25-30
2010-02-14 byIn the letter to the Philippians, we encounter two Christ-like models of selflessness: Timothy and Epaproditus. The church knew both of these men. These passages are much more than an inserted travelogue, however. Today’s passage highlights the value of sacrifice for the Gospel, to rejoice in sacrificing for the Gospel and all the progress made. The Apostle Paul had two main reasons for sending Epaphroditus back to Philippi.
